Registration Fee Information

Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, receptions, and accommodations for three nights (all inclusive), December 1 - 3 (check out December 4)

Registration Fees

- Separate Room: $1,490
- Shared Room:  $1,270

NOTE:  You MUST list the name of your roommate to qualify for the double occupancy rate (a space for this is provided at the end of registration).  If no roommate is listed, one will be assigned to you.

Accompanying Guests (no Registration fee, includes all meals, receptions and accommodations for three nights, December 1 - 3, check out December 4). 

- $330 per person

When registering accompanying persons please select the shared room option and enter the name(s) in the space provided (you may leave the roommate field blank).
When registering for additional nights, the requested number of people should include the conference participant and any accompanying guests.

Extra night registration cost (the nights of November 28 - 30 and December 4 - 6, $190/night/first person and $110/night any additional people) includes meals and activities at the conference hotel (all inclusive). 


Cancellation Policy:

Requests for cancellation must be sent to events@ucdavis.edu no later than September 21, 2018.  Requests received after this date will not be refunded.
