Registration Fees:
Early-Bird Rate (until October 31st) - $350
Regular Registration (Starting November 1 - December 1) - $400
Student Rate - $100

We can ONLY accept fee payments by credit card through this website.  The last day to register is December 1, 2017.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation before October 27th: Refund amount minus $50 handling fee
  • Cancellation October 28th - November 30th: Refund is half of total fees paid
  • No cancellations will be accepted after November 30th; however substitutions will be allowed. Substitutions can be made by contacting the conference organizer. This must be done no later than Friday, December 1st at Noon.
