College/University Registration - $350 by September 29, $400 as of September 30
UC Davis Affiliate - $50

Company Registration - $500 by September 29, $600 as of September 30
Additional representative - $50

Registration fee include lunchs, table with 2 chairs, 1 parking permit, if requested.

This site accepts payment by credit card only.

To pay with a campus recharge or by check, please proceed to register using the option "Payment by Check".  A registration form must be downloaded here and sent to the address on the form.

Cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to no later than September 15, 2017.  Refunds will not be issued after this date.
