Every person who attends any of the scientific sessions of the meeting must be registered. Registration includes meals, rooms, and conference participation. Housing is not guaranteed after June 23.

Registration Fee For TARC Package

  • $1,500 ISTT Members (for registrations received before June 23, 2017)
  • $1,550 Regular Registration (for registrations received before June 23, 2017)
  • $1,700 Late Registration (for registrations as of June 24, 2017)
  • $750 Registration ONLY (no housing)

Registration Fee for accompanying persons:

  • Guest fee at $84 per day per person

Cancellation Policy
The full registration fee minus a $25 processing charge will be refunded for cancelations received before August 1, 2017. Cancelations received after August 1, 2017, will be charged $600.00 to cover room charges plus the $25 processing fee. E-mail cancellations to
