Cancellations and requests for refunds will be accepted no later than by 8:30am one business day in advance of the day of the shuttle trip.  Refunds will be processed less transaction and cancellation fees.  Requests can be submitted by going to "Shuttle History Login" on the menu to the left and selecting the appropriate shuttle from the list, or by sending an e-mail to BerkBus@ad3.ucdavis.edu. All emails must include the registration number of the transaction you wish to cancel. 


Cancellations and refunds will be processed within three business days of receipt.  An e-mail confirmation will be sent from events@ucdavis.edu; please check your your spam or junk mail file if you do not receive a confirmation in your in-box.
