· REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 4/14/2017
· 7:00 AM Check-In
· 7:30 AM Shotgun Start
· FORMAT: 4 Person Scramble with a Blind Bogey Format
· TEAMS: $200/Team of 4 - Includes green fees for 18 holds of golf, BBQ lunch, and prizes.
· SINGLES: $50/Individual - Golfers may sign up as a single player.
· GOLF CARTS: Reservations for golf carts should be made with Davis Municipal Golf Course prior to the tournament date for a fee of $11 per person. Carts are available on a first come, first served basis. Contact Davis Municipal Golf Course at 530-756-4010
· WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?: All participants must be UCD/UCDH employees or retirees.
· Be ready to have some fun! Prizes will be awarded at the end of the tournament.
