Event Planners Exchange Programs


Due to the limited number of seats available and high interest from the EPE membership, we are requesting that cancellations be made at least a week in advance. Failure to cancel in this time frame will result in the cancellation of any future EPE programs you are registered to attend.

 

Time and Location

Unless otherwise noted , all noon time meetings will take place at the CES Offices located at 116 A Street from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. Registrants are welcome to arrive as early as 11:30 AM to network with the guest speakerse. The programs will start promptly at 12:00 PM so please plan accordingly.


Lunch and Learn Events

These noon-time meetings will take at at the Conference and Event Services office at 116 A Street. Lunch will be provided at the meetings by pre-selected vendors that are used by event planners not only on our campus but throughout our region. Depending on the topic, we may have several vendors on hand to provide information that will hopefully assist you in planning events both on and off campus.

 

Brown Bag Discussion
These noon-time meetings will take at at the Conference and Event Services office at 116 A Street. Pre-determined discussion topics will be selected for each program. Planners are encouraged to attend and provide input on or ask questions in relation to the topic selected. Bring your lunch.

 

Site Visits
Through out the year we will offer site visits at veues off campus. These programs are much longer in duration and will likely require you to provide your own transportation. They will be held during the work week and may include overnight accommodations depending on the location selected. These are highly recommended for those who plan events off campus regularly.
